On the back of a dramatic win against Louth Old Boys, Navenby felt defeat for the first time in four games against Louth Town. The first half saw a cagey midfield battle where no real chances were created. However, after a goal less first period, it was the away side that broke the dead lock scoring two quick fire goals. The Yellow’s hit back though; James Stock’s one-on-one shot finding the corner. Despite late Navenby pressure, a scrappy third from Louth ensured it was them walking away with the two points.
