Fees may be paid in two equal instalments by 31st August 2015 and 31st October 2015. If you chose this option please supply two cheques post dated accordingly.

Any administration fees incurred by an individual player as a result of disciplinary action shall be charged to the parent/guardian of the player concerned in addition to annual membership. Delayed payment may incur suspension of club membership. All fees are non refundable
